The Digital Content coordinator will have a pivotal role in creating and implementing content in line with our brand guidelines working closely alongside our Digital Content Manager. Creating engaging content to ensure this is marketed to the Cycle Republic customers ensuring that our website remains engaging and fresh for our customers. You will be involved in a number of areas across digital giving a through but wide ranging knowledge base for your future digital career. From creating content that is implemented on our site to writing copy and communicating digitally through email and social this role will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creation and implementation of digital content for use across digital (Onsite, email, social)
  • Main day to day focus on creation of graphics for new promotions and campaigns with an awareness of how these graphics will work across multiple platforms and responsively
  • Weekly email briefs from the marketing team to be designed and implemented
  • Support our development team in the execution of new code and content on key projects
  • Share and implement new ideas to increase engagement and conversion on the website
  • Working closely with digital team but particularly the content manager and marketing manager
  • Create content that establishes trust with our customers that our product is right for them
  • Editing, writing and proof reading copy for Cycle Republic when necessary
  • Be the advocate of Cycle Republic in all areas of your responsibility
  • Work closely alongside internal stakeholders to develop campaigns

Skills Required

  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
  • Experience of creating content in digital ecommerce platform
  • Ability to implement content though use of digital platform (CSS, HTML etc) is desirable
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Grasp on how digital content and marketing drives our digital consumer
  • Able to drive creative, strategy and vision within the business.
  • Able to effectively communicate information and ideas and build and maintain relationships
  • Adaptable and receptive to change
  • A passion for cycling and related product is desirable
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

Fixed term contract for 12 months
